How can I create an account at Crossyn?

At this moment you can only create an account when you are invited by a service provider.

I have signed up via my service provider, what should I do next?

After you have applied via your service provider you will receive an e-mail with a personal link to the registration form. Did you not receive an e-mail? Check your spam box, sometimes you will see it there. Did you still not receive an e-mail? Please contact our service desk via service@crossyn.com, call +31 88 7960 019, or send a WhatsApp message to +31 (0)6 430 340 78.

I have received an invitation from a service provider, what now?

Through the e-mail you have received you can create an account at Crossyn. You can do this by clicking the "Sign up now" button in the e-mail. Follow the steps in the registration process to create an account.

I have created an account, what should I do now?

After you have created an account, you can log in to the drivers portal with your Crossyn details. In this environment you can see some information about your vehicle and adjust your privacy preferences. The next step is to build in the devices that connect your vehicle to the platform. If you have selected to install the devices at a workshop, then the workshop will contact you to make an appointment.

Are you going to install the devices yourself? Navigate to the devices section for an answer to your question.

I did not receive any code in my mailbox for email verification, what should I do?

Check your e-mail spam box, maybe the e-mail ended up there. Did you still not receive a code after 10 minutes? Click on the link "click here to resend the e-mail". Did you still not receive an e-mail? Please contact our service desk via service@crossyn.com, call +31 88 7960 019, or send a WhatsApp message to +31 (0)6 430 340 78.

Did you enter the wrong e-mail address? Please go back to the previous step to change the email address.

I did not receive an SMS code, what should I do?

Did you not receive your SMS code after 10 minutes? Click on the link "Click here to resend the text message". Did you still not receive your SMS code? Please contact our service desk at service@crossyn.com, call +31 88 7960 019, or send a WhatsApp message to +31 (0)6 430 340 78.

Did you enter the wrong phone number? Please go back to the previous step to change the phone number.

I can not log in to the Drivers Portal anymore, what should I do now?

Have you forgotten your password? Visit the Drivers Portal and click on ‘I forgot my password’. You will receive an email to reset your password. Also check your spam box to be sure.
